You send the team off with a task: rehearse the new argumentation before the meeting. On site you only verify, instead of practising from scratch.

Before the rep enters the conversation with the avatar, they can ask the AI Expert about any aspect of the product and get a verified answer with a source reference.

Below each answer, a link to the specific knowledge fragment (e.g. “[5] Indications and dosage”). The rep knows where the information comes from.
First the rep asks questions and builds knowledge in the chat with the AI Expert, and only then starts the conversation with the avatar.
The avatar draws knowledge only from your materials. It does not generate information from the internet.
You define a list of statements beyond the SmPC. The system analyses utterances semantically. A paraphrase gets flagged too. Violations go into a report. This is a training tool; it does not replace medical supervision.
Prepared for the requirements in force from August 2026. The rep knows they're talking to AI, knows what's being assessed, and can see the criteria.
